OUR METHOD
Adventure with purpose.
Hiking, navigation, climbing, camping, and team challenges are tools for youth development—not separate program brands.
Challenge
Appropriate outdoor experiences that encourage exploration, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Support
Encouragement, supervision, participant choice, and respect for individual needs.
Reflect
Facilitated conversations connect activities with teamwork, communication, and decisions.
Grow
Participants identify skills and insights to carry into everyday life.

COLLABORATIVE PLANNING
Built around your participants
We plan activities, pacing, supervision, and reflection with your organization. Participant needs, your goals, and practical considerations shape each experience.

YOUTH MAXIMUM PER GROUP
Groups may be smaller depending on activity and participant needs. Larger organizations can arrange multiple cohorts.
PARTICIPANT DIGNIGTY
Supportive, trauma-informed, and nonclinical.
Choice, encouragement, positive relationships, and respect for individual needs guide our work. Participation is voluntary and nonpunitive; overnight participation is always optional.
XPAdventure is not clinical therapy, wilderness treatment, a boot camp, or a residential treatment provider. We do not guarantee clinical or psychological outcomes.
